SOOOO I WATCHED THE LAST EP OF STUDY GROUP AND I WAS SO SO SO LIKE ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT THE WHOLE TIME LIKE THIS WAS SO FUN OMFGGGGGG SO HERE IS EVERYTHING THAT I LOVED ALL THROUGHOUT THE SHOW

the introduction scenes. what i am talking about is when they introduced gamin and jun and THE PARALLELS

i really luvvv the way that heewon and sehyun still contribute to the group despite not being able to fight, it's rare to see characters like them done well but i luv to see it

i also really like that the women are equally involved in the violence (not that i am glorifying it) but basically in a way that they can actually fight and are not just being defended or rescued

did i say i love lee jiwoo?

the DETERMINATION that gamin and jun showcase. i absolutely love to see the way gamin does not give up at all despite their not being an improvement. similarly with jun, which shows in the fight w the kid from when they came to find the murder weapon

also the underling w the kiss tattoo on his face was so damn fine

gamin, jiwoo and geonyeop in the fight w the scouter OMG

hanwool and minhwan dream team cus they are MIGHTY FINE and also cha woomin is lit my bf like ehe

i luv that they show junghwa and hanwool but it pisses me off a lil that we don't get to know more about hanwool (i am yet to read the webtoon sooo)

i absolutely luv the final ep because that was truly AMAZING like i had so much fun watching

i rlly like that we get to see the development through the fights

i also really like that there is no magical transformation w sehyun where he learns to fight but instead a more realistic approach to it

luv the scene where all of yuseong high shows up with heewon standing right in front LIKE YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVED THAT SCENE

gamin and hanwool's fight. it really shows they are equals when it comes to fighting

I LUV LUV LUV THE SCENE WHERE HANWOOL'S DISCIPLINARY MEETING IS HELD AND HANGYEONG SWITCHES TO JUNGHWA AND THE CHANGE IN HIS EXPRESSION OH MY GOD

+ bonus: the scene where heewon first meets w sehyun and gamin and gives sehyun boba eyes to convince him and gamin mimics her LIKE AAAAA CUTIES

Facts about Study Group characters:

Gamin Yoon:

Gamin keeps his bedroom very clean and tidy.

He is not interested in being in a relationship.

He is oblivious to certain advances when it comes to romance

He has a large collection of the same glasses, in case one of them breaks.

His father used to be fighter

He can cook

Minhwan Ma:

Minhwan is not good with the cold (and possibly heat as well), which is why he often wears a jacket in season 1.

Minhwan often gets colds.

Minhwan used to wear pajamas pants to a date with Hanwool in the winter.

Minhwan uses an iPhone 7. (chapter 73)

Minhwan has been Hanwool's childhood friend since they were at least 10.

Minhwan has at least 14 pairs of earrings.

Minhwan seems close to Hansol - Hanwool's younger sister (in a bonus picture, Hansol tied Minhwan's hair).

Minhwan laughed and took a picture of Hanwool after Hanwool got his hair tied by Hansol.

Hankyeong Lee:

Hankyung was Gamin's first and only tutor who we've seen help improve his studies.

Park Wooyeol, a teacher and colleague of hers has a crush on her

She scored first on her exams

In high school, it is mentioned that she wasn't very hygienic as she came to school with unwashed hair.

She has big respect for Gamin's mom

She lives alone

She's the student of Junghwa Oh, Park Gunyeob's deceased mother.

Jiwoo Lee:

Jiwoo Lee is often complimented as pretty by many.

She's a chemical engineering major in Grade 1 Class 1 .

With the exception of Heewon Choi, she gives nicknames to every member of the Yuseong High Study Group. 'Crazy Four-Eyes/Bespectacled Devil ' for Gamin, 'Weak Spikey' for Sehyun, 'Red Pepper Paste' for Jun, 'Bro Piercing' for Sunchul and 'Man-child' for Geonyeob (referencing that he acts more like an adult than a teenager)

Jiwoo Lee and her twin brother Hyeonu Lee used to live in an orphanage until it went bankrupt.

Even though she does not show it, she does actually care a lot for her twin brother, Hyeonu Lee

She does Judo as a hobby but she's extremely skilled in it.

Unlike her brother, she's not good at studying

Wants to be a teacher

Heewon Choi:

She won over many people from the Chinatown to help the study group.

It is hinted several times that she has a crush on Sehyun Kim . There is a possibility that he feels the same way for her too.

She is the only Yuseong High Study Group member that has no fighting experience, yet she manages to be great help for them.

She used to be bullied a lot

Out of all the Yuseong High Study Group members, she cusses the least.

She's a chemical engineering major in 1-1.

She is close friends with Jiwoo Lee

Jun Lee:

It is suggested that he is a fan of anime

He likes to give names to fighting moves

He repsects Gamin Yoon and Mihyun Jun a lot. He's even training under Gamin and call him "master"

He often gives silly nicknames like "Godly teacher", "spiky head"

He specialises in using his legs in fights. But he's also great with using hands

He plays video games

He used to be picked on a lot and the one who was saving him was Anti, his old friend.

Sunchul kim:

Sunchil Kim specializes in "Tiger Fist." He does not often use kicks.

His forte is English. • He even carries around flash cards to practice vocabulary at any time. It was given by Junghwa Oh.

He was one of the student that started changing because of Junghwa Oh.

He was affiliated with Chinatown and used to train there.

He'll be graduating Yusung High from season 3 soon enough.

He's first study group member who's taken the CSAT.
